Chabad offers individualized and personal Bar and Bat Mitzvah preparation for boys age 13 and girls age 12, guiding them as they embark on their journey into Jewish adulthood.

For Boys:
Boys learn to read from the Torah, put on Tefillin, and explore the meaning and responsibilities of becoming a Jewish man.

For Girls:
Girls explore what it means to be a Jewish woman, learning about special mitzvot entrusted to women, remarkable Jewish women in history, and the famous song of Eishet Chayil – the Woman of Valor.
