Dear Community,
As Hurricane MILTON approaches, we face a lot of uncertainty, but let us unite in prayer, asking Almighty G-d that all in the storm’s path be safe and unharmed. We urge everyone to take the storm seriously, stay informed, and follow all local guidelines and evacuation orders. Please take the necessary precautions to ensure your safety.
Chabad of Bradenton and Lakewood Ranch is mobilizing staff and volunteers, as we have done in previous storms, to assist as many people as possible, especially those most in need. To help us stay connected and understand your situation, we kindly ask that you fill out this short form, letting us know if you’re in the area or have evacuated, and providing your emergency contacts. If you have any difficulties with the form, feel free to reply to this email.
While we cannot make guarantees, we will do our utmost to assist both before and after the storm. We are here for you—whether you need practical assistance, advice, or just someone to talk to. If you or a loved one need help before the storm, please let us know.
If you are available to volunteer to assist or make well check calls to seniors and the homebound before or after the storm, please let us know.
If you’d like to contribute to our efforts, click here.
Stay safe, and may G-d bless you.
We will provide updates through email and our Facebook page.
