Please check each box to signify you have read the letter and waiver below.

    Please sign your name below.

First and foremost, I want to thank you for your patience, understanding, and, most of all, your support as we were forced to close our doors amid these unusual times. We know you understand that our closure was in the best interest of everyone’s health and safety.

That is why we are confident that you will demonstrate continued patience and understanding as we will begin the process of slowly reopening.

At this point based on the advice of doctors and halachic authorities, we are opening services in a limited way.

For Friday night & Shabbos services, we will open Minyan with all the necessary social distancing that the law and Halacha demands.

Please understand that this should not compel you to attend. Your health is your top priority. If you are the least bit uncomfortable being in this type of environment with others, you are not Halachically required to attend.

  • The following protocols rules will apply for the Shabbat Minyan:

    1. Before entering the area where the Minyan will be held you will be greeted by our attendant who will supply you with some hand sanitizer. Please respond to all questions asked by attendant.

    2. Upon entering the Chabad House, where the Minyan will be held a face mask must be properly worn at all times. NO EXCEPTIONS.

    3. The seating arrangement has been set 10’ apart. Only available seats may be used.

    4. Please find your seat right away and refrain from walking or moving around the area.

    5. Please bring your own Yarmulka & Talis.

    6. A Siddur will be supplied for you at your chair.

    7. Social distancing of 6’ must be maintained at all times.

    8. Minyan attendees are requested to come on time to ensure a smooth process.

    9. Please sanitize all hard surfaces in the restrooms before and after each use with materials provided in the bathrooms.

    10. Do not attend if you feel even slightly unwell (coughing or sniffling) or if you have been exposed to someone who is a possible Covid-19 carrier. Likewise, if you know you have any underlying health issues that put you at greater risk (like obesity, heart disease, liver disease, diabetes, immunocompromised, respiratory issues, etc.), please stay home.

    11. There will be no kissing of the Torah. There will be no Aliyot given. The reader will take all of the Aliyot.

    12. If you have any concerns or questions regarding these guidelines, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    13. The maximum number of participants will be 20. That includes men and women combined. All participants will need to register before Shabbat. Space is limited to first come first serve basis. Please register by clicking here if you are willing to join our Shabbat Minyan. Please note in the comments if you will be coming Friday night or Shabbat day or both.
